What is this all about?

Stella Bella Co. is for moms who want beautiful, chic, fashionably fresh bows to add beauty and smiles to their little babe. We deliver three bows on a monthly subscription. For each subscription, we donate bows to young girls who need a little lift.

How does it work?

It’s so simple. Select which style you prefer; reversible alligator clip or one size fits all nylon headband, receive a confirmation email, and enjoy! Subscribe here.

What type of bows can I expect?

Each month you will receive three different bows. We mix and match patterns, styles, and fabrics to ensure that you receive the most fashionable set of bows perfectly fitting the specific month and versatile to go with many outfits.

How am I making a difference?

Not only are you beautifying your babe, but you are also lifting a little one who is down. With your subscription, we donate bows to young girls who are in hospitals, foster care homes, or are looked closely after by local charitable groups. You are putting smiles on these girls faces.

Will they work for my newborn?

Umm.. Yes!! Our bows are made for YOUR newborn. They are lightweight and the headband is so soft it’ll fit perfectly on your little one’s head.

What is the Alligator Clip?

It is a reversible clip fitting on the right or left side.

What is the Nylon Headband?

It is a one size fits all, high quality, and super-duper soft nude headband. We’ve tried and tested over 50+ headbands and have hand-selected the softest bands out there. :))

Can I switch my subscription style each month?

You bet. Just log in to your account and update the style. Be sure to update it by the 15th of every month if you wish to have the next month’s bows in a different style.

Where do you donate bows?

Love this question. We donate to local children’s hospitals, foster homes, and charities. We love nothing more than giving young girls, who are down, a little lift and a reminder of how beautiful they are!

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

Just log in and click ‘forgot password?’ and follow the prompts.

I have a promo code; how do I use it?

You can enter your promo code at checkout.

Shipping

When will my bows ship?

Orders will be dispatched between the 22nd and 27th of each month. For example, February’s bows will be sent at the end of January. Shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days.

How often will I receive my bows?

You will receive them monthly :)

When do I need to order to receive my first month’s bows?

Order before the 20th of the current month to receive bows for the next month.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. :))

How can I update my shipping address?

Simply log in and update your account information.

Payment

How does billing work?

Your card is charged the day you sign up and on the 17th of every month after that. Every subscription will auto-renew on the 17th of each month. If you sign up between the 1st- 16th your card will not be charged again on the 17th.

Can I update my card on file?

Absolutely. Simply click here [hyperlink ‘here’], select ‘edit’ under payment and update your card info.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you no longer want to receive bows, log in to your account and cancel your subscription. If you cancel by the 16th of the month you will still receive one more set of bows you’ve already paid for.

Returns

What do I do if my bows arrived damaged?

In the off event that your bows arrive damaged, please notify us immediately so we can ship you replacements.

Can I exchange or return my bows?

It isn’t possible for us to accept returns or exchanges as the bows created are specific to that month.
